Group Therapy

Group Therapy brings people together in community - learning and deepening in connection with others and with oneself. It can be a powerful addition to other individual or relational work as well as a standalone modality of treatment. As members witness and support each other across differences, they can develop greater self-awareness and learn how they are perceived by others. This collaborative process addresses interpersonal challenges, fostering meaningful growth and more fulfilling relationships.

Self and Other - The Tangles of Relationships: A Process Group for Women

Navigate the complex landscape of relationships in a supportive, exploratory space designed for women seeking deeper understanding of how they connect with others.

Self and Other is a group where members explore the tangles that emerge in our connections including the patterns we repeat, the boundaries we struggle with, and the ways we show up in relationship. This group offers a unique opportunity to not only talk about relationships, but to experience them and experiment within them in real-time, in support of growth and change.
