Individual, Couple & Family Therapy

Whether you are new to therapy or starting a new chapter in your therapeutic journey, you can expect a safe confidential environment in which we will address your goals with authenticity, mutuality, compassion, and directness. As a family therapist, I am interested in individuals as well as in the systems individuals and their relationships constitute. I work with individuals, couples, and families on a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, identity, life transitions, relationship difficulties, sexual concerns, and trauma.
